Mighty Movement Academy is on a mission to teach kids to safely strength train at a young age. Speed and Strength Summer Camp is for children from 8 to 15 years old. Our half day camps use a proven combination of weightlifting, track & field, and play to boost children's confidence and athleticism. No matter what your child's level may be, we're confident that they will have a great time at summer camp.
