We use fitness as fun to teach kids proper movement patterns, increase capacity for hard work, boost confidence and acquire team building skills. We create a positive and non-competitive environment that accommodates kids of various skill levels

LEARN TO LIFT

 

If you're a beginner, this is where to start!

In this 8-week course, your child will learn weight room etiquette and foundational weightlifting movements with very light weights emphasizing movement, body positions, and consistency. Each student has an individual experience, progressing weights at their own pace.

YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING

 

Designed for developing proper movement patterns, improving athletic skill, and gaining strength and power in an encouraging atmosphere led by experienced and certified coaches. 

Ages 11-17

INTERMEDIATE WEIGHTLIFTING
(INVITE ONLY) The Intermediate program is for students who have demonstrated competency in movement, flexibility and focus. Students learn more advanced lifts, increase accessory work, and are eligible to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting
Ages 12-18
MIGHTY KID : 6-WEEK ONLINE COURSE

Just press play and we'll do all the coaching! Our 6-week instructional course is for kids at any ability or motivation level, and can be done from home with zero equipment. Follow along to daily videos to teach and correct various movements and a workout to boost athleticism.

Ages 5-14
SPEED AND STRENGTH SUMMER CAMP

Stay active this summer: Get Outside, Work Hard, Have Fun! Weeklong, half-day camps geared at giving every kid elite coaching to reach their potential. Improve technique + increase speed and strength in a positive, non-competitive environment.
