SPEED AND STRENGTH SUMMER CAMPS

Your child will experience engaging track practices outdoors, age-appropriate weightlifting in the weight room in a safe environment, and play loads of games to increase coordination, agility, and balance.

YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING

 

Designed for developing proper movement patterns, improving athletic skill, and gaining strength and power in an encouraging atmosphere led by experienced and certified coaches.

TEEN WEIGHT ROOM

For high schoolers to learn how to lift weights, build strength, and develop a routine for health and fitness. Our coaches instruct students on movements and how to create and follow a program that works for their individual needs

Ages 14-18

INTERMEDIATE WEIGHTLIFTING
(INVITE ONLY) The Intermediate program is for students who have demonstrated competency in movement, flexibility and focus. Students learn more advanced lifts, increase accessory work, and are eligible to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting

SATURDAY ATHLETIC BOOST

Increase athletic skills; speed, strength, endurance, agility and core power. Our skills and drills program increases physical output and grows perserverance and mental fortitude. Be part of a safe and uplifting environment while training like a pro athlete.

AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT

 

Our Speed and Strength enrichment uses fitness as fun to teach kids proper movement patterns, increase capacity for hard work, boost confidence and acquire team building skills. We create a positive and non-competitive environment that accommodates kids of various skill levels
