Start a New Habit.
Learn to Lift is Mighty Movement’s introductory program designed for youth grades 6th-12th who have little or no lifting experience. Lifters learn strength training techniques, gym etiquette, and basic training progressions simplified specifically for beginners.
Classes start with the lightest weights and most basic movements, then progress to heavier weights at their own pace. Lifters receive personalized instruction and feedback from our professional coaches in a non-competitive environment with an emphasis on learning and improving.
